Portside Arts Center is seeking qualified people to participate in our Teaching Artist Work Trade Program. Participants will be given the opportunity to assist one of our lead art teachers with our After School Arts Program. Once participants have fulfilled their required volunteer hours they will be awarded with the opportunity to attend one of Portside’s visual arts classes of their choice.

Portside’s lead art teachers will help participants create and review their lesson as well as give constructive feed back. After the completion of the program participants will be given a certificate as well as a personalized recommendation letter to use for school and job applications.
