This holiday season, Portside is grateful for all of the wonderful and supportive families who are part of the Portside community, some who have been involved with us for many years and whom we have become close with. Among those families are Lara Ertwine and her 9 year old daughter, Skyler, who has been attending our After School Arts Program since Kindergarten.
Lara has become a familiar face and an integral member of the Portside community, as well as in the Fishtown and Kensington communities. She is an accomplished realtor at Keller Williams in Fishtown where she manages her own branch, the Lara Ertwine Team. Raised in Lancaster County, Lara moved to Philadelphia to attend the University of the Arts where she received a BFA in Illustration. In 2003 Lara began investing in real estate, and increased her involvement in the community. She was a community adviser, founding member, and board member of the local community association where she organized neighborhood cleanups and other community engagements. She was also the curator of the Trenton Ave Arts Festival. In 2008, Lara obtained her real estate license. Since then her business has grown exponentially, and she takes great pleasure in helping people find their dream homes. She has become the top agent at Keller Williams. Her team’s mission is to “provide personal and professional service by holding [themselves] accountable and committing to [their] guiding values of Honesty, Diligence, Professionalism, accountability, and teamwork.” Thank you Lara for being a great mother, a member of the Portside family, and a strong and successful woman in the community!
